A "Dear Colleague Letter" has been issued by the National Science Foundation for proposal addressing crosscutting topics in theory and application of dynamical systems. It is sponsored jointly by the ENG/CMMI/Dynamical Systems and the MPS/DMS/Applied Mathematics program, with the intention to stimulate interest in special topics in Dynamical Systems.
